Problems

Currently support Edit mode (crop/flip) when uploading one picture. Yet when the user adds multiple photos at once, there’s no way to:

• Preview the photos before uploading or add more photos to the batch before uploading the first batch

• Edit - crop/ flip photos

• Additionally, there’s no way to add or edit the photo name, date or location during the upload flow.

Goals

• Give users the ability to preview, edit before uploading photos

• Create a consistent uploading photo process across single and batch uploads

• Encourage users to upload photos

KPI’s

% of photos uploaded

% of photo info added (name, date, place)

% Of multiple photos uploaded

Crop mode with an option to flip

Impact

• 5% increase in photos uploaded

• 10% increase in multiple photos uploaded

• 12% of active users added photo name

• 6% of active users added a photo location

• 6% of active users added a photo date
